CUSTODIAL INFORMATION
GMG Asset Management, Inc., as a Registered Investment Advisor, manages investment accounts for individuals, high net worth individuals, business entities, estates and trusts.
We do not act in the capacity of custodian for clients assets. Customers assets are custodied at broker dealers in investment accounts. Clients can choose their broker dealer, or open accounts at a brokerage choose that we recommend.
Most of the time clients open accounts where we recommend, in an effort to keep all assets we manage under one trading platform. Currently almost all client accounts are with Shareholder Services Group as broker-dealer, and the custodian is Pershing, LLC. In extensive research we have found the NetX360 technology platform to be current and efficient with immediate executions and reporting back to us in most instances, and competitive rates, as the platform is internet based.
